Home learning overview statement

Northcote Primary school Home learning Policy.docx

Read our Home Learning Policy above for full details on provision we have put in place for effective Home learning this school year.

Expectation of the parent/carer

We expect parents/carers to support their child’s education at home. The school website, via the class pages, Seesaw and paper activities can be accessed at any time of the day, suitable for the individual family. On the school website (class pages) you will find advice on how to engage the child at home and the length of time expected for the child to engage in learning activities.

Below is an outline of the provision we will be providing for our children in the case of a bubble shut down or a child having to isolate due to COVID-19 or in light of school closure to the majority of pupils (exceptions made for vulnerable children and children of critical workers) January 4th 2021.
